Hi, I’m Brittney
I am a UX Designer and Graphic Designer with experience working with sales teams and stakeholders to make clients happy through design solutions.
After working in Graphic Design for print and marketing for over 6 years, my interest in designing for digital applications was continuously growing. I was frequently asked to help out with digital projects, and create graphics for websites. I had been hearing about UX/UI Design for a few years, and really wanted to learn designing for digital products correctly.
I finally took the leap and enrolled in a UX Design course through Springboard in 2019! So far, I have completed a mobile application capstone project, a mini Design Sprint project to design a web app, a couple of smaller projects outside of the course, and learned a number of new tools and ways of thinking.
What I love about UX versus Graphic Design is that I can be a bigger part of the design process. Rather than only coming in at the end of a project to make the deliverable look great, I have a bigger impact on the outcome, and have the ability to use my organizational skills and frankly, to use my brain more.
In my free time, I can be found pampering my three black cats, fulfilling orders for my Etsy Shop, and looking at beautiful things on Pinterest.
